The Proverbs 31 woman is diligent and intentional about caring for her household. While she may have lived in a different time, her example still inspires us today to provide for our families—whether that’s through managing our homes, our work, or even our spiritual leadership. In today’s world, we have the opportunity to honor God through the routines we create that keep our families thriving.
Proverbs 31:15 – “She gets up while it is still night; she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls.”
One of the routines that helps me stay disciplined in my faith is making time to meditate and read scripture in the quiet of the early morning before my family rises. This sacred time allows me to prepare my heart and mind for the day ahead. At night, after my children have gone to bed, I tend to my household by resetting my home—tidying up and preparing for the next day.
A strong partnership with my husband also plays a key role in keeping our home running smoothly.

Together, we share the responsibilities of parenting and maintaining routines, ensuring that we are aligned as a team. His support allows me to find the time and space for both my spiritual practices and my duties as a wife and mother.
What routines or practices help you manage your household and keep your faith strong?
How can you and your spouse partner more effectively in building a home that honors God?
Sis, routines aren’t just about keeping things running—they are about creating space for faith, love, and peace in your home. As you go through your days, I encourage you to look for the little moments where God is working and where your routines become an act of worship.
Love & Blessings,
